Anthony, along with Tasha, started MEGA Texas Barbeque in 2013. They began by serving BBQ from a gas station location, showcasing their dedication and passion for authentic Texas barbeque. Their journey has been marked by hard work and a commitment to providing high-quality food, which has now led them to pursue opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the Winchell Neighborhood of Fresno. This new venture aims to bring their beloved BBQ to a wider audience and establish a more permanent presence in the community.

The bbq was excellent. I won't go anywhere else for bbq. Good for hot days when I don't want to bbq at home. Had the 2 meat plate, ribs and brisket ends, corn on the cob, chili beans. Everything was super delicious, and the service was awesome. They were super friendly. Great place.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been dreaming about their burnt brisket ends since the last time I was in.Went in with a group of friends, we each got something different and let me tell you, nothing disappointed. Their patio is pet friendly. Their lines can be long (rightfully so), but let me tell you it is worth the wait! Mac and cheese is some of the best I’ve had in town, and their potato salad was *chef’s kiss*.Their staff was very kind and the environment was very laid back. If you get a chance I highly recommend going in! Again, nothing disappointed so you can’t go wrong getting anything!

Best BBQ in Fresno hands down, Ive been coming here since the gas station days, they have also catered multiple business events for me. Everyone is always impressed with the food. I’ve used them for both full service catering and drop off, the food was always on time. Even the pickiest of eaters leave with full belly’s when I cater with them. Restaurant is a lovely addition to the neighborhood. Well worth the wait

Personally, I think it's the best BBQ in Fresno. We ordered the ribs, brisket, and several sides. All of it was amazing. This is definitely my new favorite spot for real Texas BBQ. Get there early.

MEGA Texas BBQ is a little out of the way, but it is more than worth finding. The food is fantastic. Both the meats and the sides. The owner is a great guy. Loves to talk about BBQ and food. He did a great job making the building look nice. I can't recommend MEGA Texas enough.. just go here. You won't be sorry!
